1)Application
Fill out the application form,then click the "submit" button.
We take a reservation one month before your stay.

2) Confirmation
We check the availability of room and send you back a email.

3) Payment
Please pay the deposit in advance, when you wish to reserve the room.
We reserve the room for you, when we accept your payment.
The deposit is refundable. But if you do not show up or there is any damage to your room on check out, we can't refund the full amount.

4) Check-in
The check-in time is 10am - 5pm. Please let us know your check-in time.
You should pay one month room fee. If length of stay is less than one month, you should pay the full amount of daily payment.
No key money is needed.
You need a copy of your passport and visa, and we will make a photocopy of them.
