Q1 What is the deposit?
We need the deposit before we reserve the room for you. The deposit is refundable. But if there is any damage to your room on check out, we can't refund the full amount.
Q2 When is payment due?
When you check in, you pay your room fee. When you stay over 1 month, we will charge the fee for the next month at the end of the month. Partial months will be rebated on a fraction basis.
Q3 Do I have to pay the water,and electricity expences?
It depends on the guesthouse. Please see the details of each house.
Q4 What identification is required?
You need your passport and visa, and we will make a photocopy of them.
Q5 Do you have a curfew?
No, we don't. You can come and go as you want. However, you must not disturb other residents.
Q6 Are meals included?
No, we don't provide a meal service. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants near the guesthouse. Also there is a kitchen which you can use.
Q7 Can 2 people share an single room?
It is possible, but we will charge for the second person. Children under 9 years old are free.
Q8 Can I use the internet?
Internet connection is available at every guesthouse. You can use common PC at common space for free. You can also bring your pc to your room to connect the internet.
Q9 When is the check-in time?
The check-in time is 10am - 5pm. Please let us know your check-in time.
Q10 What does the mat size mean?
It means Tatami mat. Tatami mats are made of straw and measure roughly 180 cm x 90 cm. A 6 mat room has a size of 6 mats (3.6 m x 2.7 m) and doesn't always have tatami floors. |
